U.S. Department of State's CSO Lessons Learned
To facilitate the sharing of observations and lessons across the interagency, CCO has posted several reports by the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Conflict and Stabilization Operations (formerly S/CRS) on the Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS.) The reports cover a number of core issues in Complex Operations such as training requirements and hiring qualifications, continuity of operations, and transition and site closure. CAC holders can access the reports directly on JLLIS at https://www.jllis.mil/CCO/index.cfm?disp=binder.cfm&doit=view&binderid=816. USG personnel who are not CAC holders may contact the CCO directly via this portal or at 202-433-1033
